Kluv#0
10/11/18 Late A.M. workout Plate pinching 4x4(R) 4x2(L), IM axle after 3 month absence due to 2 back strains- wanted to see where I was at - 356 lb was a struggle but I will take it- then bunch of moderate singles. FG BWT hang 1:02 almost PR:) Back feels in one piece so hopefully I can enjoy axle lifting without lots of pain as I missed doing them.

Thanks CEO, Iam going to do moderate singles from now on and when a contest has the axle go full-tilt. Too much damage to my low-back over the years to train "heavy" but moderate weight still help out and keep the form somewhat intact, LOL

One plus about pretty much giving up(necessity and common sense) thickbar this year is my gripper game is much better- which at this stage is far more important than a pat on the back for lifting x amount on the axle with smallish paws and a bad low back!!
