Martin Gaisser Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 So I haven’t been doing as good on the long bars as I would like so decided to try my favorite, the short ones. Lol. Kink felt super easy and halfway through the crush felt good too. Then as I was trying to finish it off I could not get a grip on the darn thing for nothing. Felt like one leg was an inch and the other was three. Totally screwed me up. I do need to hit the gym though and gain some strength and endurance cause that should have been a 1 minute bend tops. Yea it’s in doubles, over 5 minutes, terribly off centered and has a crooked dog leg but it’s right under 2” so I’m calling it bent. . Yea funny you say that I tried another last night and when I went to crush it they snapped off.
