GreshamGripper rows

Greshamgripper rows are done W/O  collars, straps, gloves or hook grip and are great for grip, wrist and back- I do them with IM axle, too.  Give them a try and you will be hooked. Below weight is 135x7,8

I agree Big Baad Joe!! Greshamgripper rows and 1 arm DB rows are the reason CEO Mike keeps me on the board of directors at Rows, Inc. :)

Done without the collars is largely what makes the exercise so beneficial💪

Thanks. I have done these for many years prior to finding out about gripsport. I named them Greshamgripper rows over a year ago as I had never seen anyone doing them with my requirements- the few vids I saw people usually used collars or straps which defeats the purpose of the GG rows.  The nice thing about it is you can have oly bar on one side of bench and axle on other and go back and forth. I use different tempos of reps which makes it quite challenging.
