Whats Up, Im new to gripping, I was wondering if yall could hit me up with training programs (month long) I have full sets of grippers and was wondering what else I could do to help build crush grip. Let me know if I should get them or not. If someone does write up a plan for me (I just need a month long plan) please make it every other day. Thank you :)

I'd keep it simple.  Grippers for the crush.  Pony clamp for the thumbs.  Do that 3 times a week.  Maybe throw in some block weight training once a week and you will have a strong, well rounded grip, especially for someone your age.
