Hey Grip Friends! Big Announcement!

Nashville has another big one on the books that is being hosted by The Southern Squeeze Gym.

 

NEVER LET GO 

Date: FEB 3, 2018

Start: 10am, but, Time Slots available ALL DAY so you could come late

What: FARMERS HOLD in place for time. Women (double 48kg bells) Men (double 68kg bells) Juniors (double 28kg bells)

How: $15 Registration fee, pledge $1 for every second you think you can stand in place with the heavy bells

Why: Women's Strength Coalition of NYC is teaming up with me (owner of The Squeeze) to put this on to benefit EPIC GIRL - a nonprofit in Nashville dedicated to helping young girls and empowering them through strength and mindset. The girls are caught up in the court system and are considered at risk for being trafficked or abused. All proceeds will go to EPIC GIRL.

What Else: You can compete alone or on a TEAM. For example, my team will be Southern Squeeze gym members - collectively we will try to raise more than everyone else. Once you individually register, you will be prompted to enter a Team name and pick your time slot if you so choose.
