SilentDude
I really did throw this thing together. I used an old ajustable dumbell I had. One That has a handle that slips over the bar. Then you put the weights on then the clamps. I took the handle peice put it on, put the clamps on to hold it tight, and started ducktapping. Then to smooth out the surface I cut up a sprite can and slipped it on. It fit perfectly. So it's as thick as a Can. Don't really know how thick that is. Anyway. The handle can still come off the dumbell bar. What I'm going to do is buy some pipe just to slip over the duck tape. I was just messing aorund with the can. As soon as I get the pipe the cans comin off. I was just experimenting. . Anyway, i was just wondering if it wa sover if the handle rotated at all. I don't know much about comparing lifts on somthing that rotates to somthing that does not. Which tends to be easier. Pardon if this is a newbie question Kit
HAMMERHEAD
Rotation is harder. There are many good recipies for thick handles on this board. -HH
