Roark
Anyone on the board have a wood lathe? I have been thinking about a wrist curl bar where there is something like a Nautilus shaped cam in the middle, under where the strap would be coiling. In the reverse wrist curl, at the starting position with knuckles in the down position, the greatest radius of the cam would also be hanging straight down, As the reverse wrist curl is brought up, the strap winds around the cam, whose radius offers more resistance at the top of the movement, at which point the cam would be straight in front of, or slightly above the lifter's wrist level. Variable resistance. Have promise?
