Question in regards with possible affect in powerlifting with RRBT program.

I was wondering if by doing RRBT would a negative or even possibly positive affect in my powerlifting while doing the program.

It had a very positive effects on me. I did bench and squats between sets. I usually did many sets of 3-5 reps, not as many as with the grippers but almost. I didn't do any deadlifting though because support grip (not pinch) kills my crush.

With that said I'm not a strong powerlifter, the grippers I used were COC#2 to #2.5 and I never benched more than my bodyweight, which was between 95-100 kg. Squats never really bothered me when doing grippers, it actually only helps. Squats and grippers are a great combo.

I think deadlifts could be done using straps. It's important to get all the reps with the grippers to get the most out of the training.
