Fist of Fury Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 You need time under tension with the gripper shut. So overcrushes and strap-holds will be a good thing to do. What type of setting distance you choose depends on your goal and it's only necessary for the start so that the gripper is in the right position in your hand.
