don of tha new grip Posted July 11, 2003 Share Posted July 11, 2003 I think besides being longer the hammer has a thicker handle I'm not sure what the weight of the hammer is but the wrist reenforcer is like 7 lbs. (no plates on it) I have the wrist reenforcer and I really love it, a little pricey but I am pleased. What others will say is just get a sledgehammer.
