Gingernaut25 Posted November 9, 2016 Share Posted November 9, 2016 I was taking about this video with some grip peeps and my theory is his hands are possibly too wide? My palms are about 4.5 inches wide. I think this is one reason I found the inch so easy to lift. It allows the meat on the sides of my palms to press against the globes and this friction helps with the tendency to rotate. Much wider and you'd teach the point of diminishing returns. I have big hands and I'm assuming thors are bigger. If they're say 5 inches wide he'd possibly have to leave his pinky off the bell completely, which fromn the screen shot doesn't look to be the case. Or he'd have to choke back on the handle, creating a gap between his pain and the handle, obviously making it much harder. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
