avasatu Posted August 27, 2016 Share Posted August 27, 2016 How much rest do you guys take after training thickbar? Let's say a good Crusher session and whatever else you'd do that day. Are you training next day, 2 days later, 3 days, etc.? Do you have things you would or would not recommend training during your next grip session post thickbar training? Fist of Fury Posted August 27, 2016 Share Posted August 27, 2016 Right now I train three times a week and I stay away from grippers completely. I guess it's ok to do light gripper work but definitely not heavy. I feel that thick bar and grippers cancel each other out for me.
