Pretty much nonexistent until I received this shallow hub 2-3 weeks ago. Right now I try for once a week with the hub. Getting the 1hp Euro going as well. Alawadhi Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 Well done! I am very weak in hub lifting. Damn especially this fbbc shallow one. I'll be happy to go 18kg on IM one. Which I got very few times. But in this shallow one I dunno the weight I add only 2.5 pounds when I feel the recent one is easy so I guess I have around 5+5+10 pounds. So around 20 pounds. I think based on today workout I can get max 7 pounds more. But didn't try not so sure. Anyways it is way below. And trust me my pinch is no weak at all. Well done!
