I was wondering why no one attempt COC 4 TNS so here it is.

I think the result is not too bad as my first COC 4 TNS attempt.

My guess is I had about 5mm~10mm left.

Probably because the vast majority of gripsters can't TNS it anywhere as close as you just did.

Very impressive.

hahah that's being modest. I think you defiantly have a 20 mm close.

That was impressive! Have you Closed a 3.5 with CC set yet? I guess you can do that!

I have tried both TNS and CCS 2 months ago and I had about 5mm and 2~3mm left.

I will try again some other times.

I loose a lot of energy while I am setting the gripper. Needs a lot of practice.

My TNS attempt at a #4 would probably just be a still picture, that's why.

Very crazy strong open hand strength! Whats your best thick bar/rolling handle lift? Or thick pinch or any pinch in that matter?

I like you loose lots of strength while setting. I avoid setting if any. But what you did is unbelievable. Keep doing what you are doing its working very well. Haha gonna attempt this week tns my coc 4 and see how many mm will i go. 2 mm maybe lol

Thanks Chez. I will try it next time but I am pretty sure it is going to be the same as TNS. To me, TNS and CCS are about the same.

Thanks. I never tried any other grip work out so I would love to try bar, rolling handle and inch if I have a chance.
