Morgan Posted June 3, 2016 Share Posted June 3, 2016 (edited) I was wondering why no one attempt COC 4 TNS so here it is. I think the result is not too bad as my first COC 4 TNS attempt. I like you loose lots of strength while setting. I avoid setting if any. But what you did is unbelievable. Keep doing what you are doing its working very well. I never tried any other grip work out so I would love to try bar, rolling handle and inch if I have a chance.
