vickg
For the most part thick bar is trained in ranges from 2-3 inches, with 3 inches being very wide. My question is why do we see very wide pinching 4-5 inches, and not more wider thick handled rolling thunders/dumbbells 3-3.5 inches being used? Now I know pinch can be used from very thin to very wide diameters it just seems to me thick bar is just kept in the 2-2.5 range for the most part. Just more or less wondering why. Tom Scibelli
I think once thick bar starts getting too wide it becomes a pinch

Alawadhi
Nice question. I feel based on personal experience it won't be real thick bar. More of wrist or pinch thing. A different lift
