pawel r
Nice strict curls man. Do you ever switch it up with pinch block curls?Never owned a pinch block except the one from Ironmind, and that one's not well suited for curling. I have done alot of plate curls with different sized plates in the past.Great wrist strength! When was AW comp? Thank you Jonas! Golden arms is 27 febuary and nationals is 7-9 april. Strong !!! About armwrestling remember key is table time .... And rest minimum 1 week before competition Good luck my friend !!! I cross my fingers !!! David_wigren
Surprised people don't do these more than plate bicep curls. Seems more "grippy" than the bicep version. I think some get discouraged by the difficulty. And also, they're not very comfortable. The transition where the plate goes from under to above parallel to the ground is uncomfortable for me. Personly I feel all kinds of tendons poping around in the wrist during that transition. To avoid this I usually go super slow during that range. Of course I can't do it slow like that with a 15 kg plate, that woyld be to heavy for me atm. A video like this is just for show. In my normal training I use a 10 kg plate and go super slow, so the tendons don't pop and shuffle during that transition. Nice wrist strength here! Thank you my friend! Nice strict curls man. In a few weeks I'll be hooking up with some of the best armwrestlers in Sweden. That will be a great experience and very valuable in preperation for the nearing competitions! David_wigren
Thank you for those links Pavel! And wow, thank you for that compliment! It is true, armwrestling is very different from grip and steel bending. More like fighting than lifting!
