Evan Raftopoulos
has anyone else tried this before?
Cannon
Yes, actually, but I don't remember it being as easy as you make it look! I was doing it on a Kinney-truck-rim style machine. And I think I was closing it, then standing on there and doing a negative.

3Crusher
Sorinex's G-Rex has food pedals that you could stand on for just this purpose.
Evan Raftopoulos
Cool! I often think I'm the first to try something with grip and usually I'm proven wrong lol. I really like the gripper machine, sometimes I use it for warmups or rehab like workout if my hands are sore.It works crush in a different way than with grippers and for me it feels very healthy for the fingers, I think because the resistance is equally distributed among all fingers and is consistently the same vs with grippers where the fingers work in slightly different angles/resistance levels and resistance changes through the range of motion. Bill Ennis send me this one and I feel lucky because it's the last grip machine Warren made.
