vickg Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 What do you guys think of this piece of equipment? Worth it for a non arm wrestler trying to improve wrist strength? Quote
Florian Kellersmann Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 I think it is a nice tool for the very addicted grip and forearm trainee. Definately not one of the first tools you should buy if you're new to grip. But if you have already Equipment for Crushing, pinching, thickbar and wrist Flexion, why not adding a nice and simple tool for pronation and supination? Makes more sense than buying gripper number 20. Quote ARMS ARE FOR ARMWRESTLING "Always give your workouts cool names to fire you up!" - Devon Larratt
Bearcat 74 Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 Hard to go wrong with sledge hammers if you're looking for wrist strength. A 8-10lb hammer can be a great wrist training tool. The top roller is a cool looking piece of equipment though. If I wanted one I would for sure give it a go.
