I know plenty of atm wrestlers who are loving it. I think for pronation and supination training it would work great.

How do most arm wrestlers use it? Attached to a mid-height cable on a bench?

I've seen videos of folk standing up and just twisting it. Attaching it to a cable is another common method. I don't have the ability to use it in the cable setup.
