I've been trying to narrow the focus of my training, and was wondering if there is a consensus as to whether heavy wrist rolling (either positives or the negatives shown by Joe Kinney on his video) really contribute a lot to gripper training and/or nail bending? I have the program advertised here, but haven't had a chance to work it yet. I was just rethinking my total strategy, that's all.
