Wrist Rolls & Gripper Strength

Hello, all. I've been trying to narrow the focus of my training, and was wondering if there is a consensus as to whether heavy wrist rolling (either positives or the negatives shown by Joe Kinney on his video) really contribute a lot to gripper training and/or nail bending? I certainly enjoy doing them, and love the pump, but I'm wondering if my efforts would be better spent elsewhere.

Have you noticed any increase in your strength? If not, rethink that stradegy.

I've been plateaued for a while at about 1/4" on the #3, so no, I haven't really seen any improvements. I have the program advertised here, but haven't had a chance to work it yet. I was just rethinking my total strategy, that's all.
