wobbler Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Mine stopped feeling like they needed to be cracked after a few solid months of grippers. Sometimes my pinky joint will hang up, that's about it. If you think it helps, go for it. Stop when it doesn't. Quote

Some studies say it may result in a decrease in grip strength though. So, I suppose we can't be sure yet, and therefore I think it's harmful to say it is completely harmless.
