Electron Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 I routinely train with a local gymnast, and we've been working our grip along with regular street workout stuff. He didn't back down when I challenged him to a weighted pull up duel... With the added challenge of it being on thick bars. Here's a video of our battle to the death: 7 Quote Yori Skutt #1 Goal: MM0#2 Goal: Adv. Tuck Planche#3 Goal: First Elite Athlete in 66k5'9" - 140lbs
anwnate Posted November 24, 2015 Posted November 24, 2015 Haha...great video man. You owned him on the thick bar. Quote Current Goal: Train consistently...consistently. Frank Pizzo Posted November 26, 2015 Posted November 26, 2015 Great little film Yori, easily one of the best grip-centric videos I've seen! Also, really strong...I wish I could do those thickbar pull-ups with 35 ounces attached to me let alone 35 lbs lol! Quote "Gold medals aren't really made of gold.
