New Blob Feat - Thought Up By Nate Brous - The Blob Cycle

1. The Feats must take place in the following order: Blob Deadlift, Blob Clean, Blob Snatch, Blob Curl.

2. After completing one feat, the Blob must be returned to the floor to start the next.

3. Only chalk should be used as a grip aid.

4. For the Deadlift, the Blob must reach a full Deadlift position (hips, knees, and off-hand shoulder locked)

5. For the Clean, the Blob must reach the height of the shoulder area, with the hand beneath it, controlling it. The legs may be re-bent during the catch phase.

6. For the Snatch, the Blob must reach the full overhead position with arm straight without excessive press-out, to get there. The legs may be re-bent during the catch phase.

7. For the Curl, the lifter must first Deadlift the Blob, use a slight pause, and then begin the Curl, stopping at the shoulder area.

8. The Blob does not need to be controlled to the floor once the Curl is completed.
