These are the lifts/feats that will be included in the medley. Exact weights to be used for the variable weight lifts will be determined once I get a better sense of who will be attending. Competitors will each have three minutes to complete as many feats as possible. No limit to the number of attempts for each feat, and hands can be switched at the competitor’s discretion. Full lock out will not be required, but the judge will be looking for controlled lifts (i.e. no dropping).

That's it...I'm moving. Where do I find this "Canada" place you speak of?

"Grip-ology is the study of pressure and time. That's all it takes really...pressure...and time. That, and a big goddamn poster." - "Red"

"The most productive and the most difficult thing about grip training is waiting until your body is ready to train again." - me

"We're not here to put another tool in your tool box. We're here to clean out your garage." - Adam T. Glass

"Nearly all the satisfaction comes from battling and overcoming your opponent. Having them simply yield to you...leaves little to savor". - me
