David Mitti
If using the wrench specifically geared towards an INCH lift,is there a rep/set range that works better? Asking beings it has such a tork that maybe heavy max attempts aren't the smartest way? I would think 2 days a week would be ideal.? Anyone suggestions would be appreciated.. Thank You Edited October 31, 2015 by David Mitti
Durrs
I never used it towards training to pick up the Inch but I used it to see if there was carryover to the RT which there wasn't for me (could be the way i was using it/once a week heavy curls 3-5 rep range) I really like the wrench in the 10-15 rep range for cable curls as it gives me a monster pump and I mean monster. I agree that heavy max deadlift attempts are not a good way to train as you will definitely get hurt eventually. If you are going to run it twice a week i would say one day of lighter curls and another of 75-85% deadlift/holds. Just my opinion though. I only ever use it once/week for curling purposes. Good luck.
