FJM Posted October 4, 2015 Posted October 4, 2015 Yesterday i visited Paladin gym in Moscow and we had good training session with Ivan Beritashvili and others. Here is few videos of my efforts. Pinch Bare hand bending V-bar We trained 4,5 hours and after that went to eat and see some city. I have to say that Ivan was not only strong and knowledgeable but also very good host.
