Kaskelotten Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 (edited) Currently I use a home made wrist roller to train my forearms, and sledgehammers to train wrists, but I feel that changing things up a bit could benefit me. I've been looking at the twist yo wrist by Ironmind for wrist strength, are they good? You can't really make one by your own, but if it's similiar to a wrist roller, then I don't need it... Any other equipment you are experienced with? For example the dynaball, eagle loops... basically anything you can order from amazon that's not just a waste of money. EJ Livesey Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 What exactly are your goals? The twist yo wrist is very close to a wrist roller. I sold mine because they felt exactly the same. Eagle loops are a waste IMO. But my goals are different than yours. 1 Quote Junior steel bender in training The only limits are the ones YOU set. Shoggoth Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 Bands, dumbbell's and above all table time for arm wrestling. Never found bending, sledges, etc. had much carryover to pulling.
