Guest Jeff Roark Posted June 9, 2003 Share Posted June 9, 2003 Heath, Just wanted to say I had an awesome time training with you and wish we would have had more time and I had been less under the weather. In the end it was a great time and turned out to be a productive day for lifting regardless. I am going to buy the Kinney tape to watch before I lift as the mans presence alone makes me feel like pushing myself to the limit. Thanks for sharing that with me it was a pleasure watching the man work. I will be getting to work on the toy you gave me and hopefully be able to do something with your new toy later this year, along with your #3. Training with you puts the fire to my ass. Also tell Bull it was a pleasure and the calendars were much appreciated. We will do it again in a couple months. Maybe I will be able to rep the 225 for a couple overhead then and maybe get it on video along with the #3 close as I was closer than ever with no grip training in several months.
