thank you Stuart! I'm trying to catch up to you man! :) Yes, I need to update my gripper goals, next cert MM1! I've already started training with that in mind. I have a few grippers in the 150s that I will try to dominate first!

thanks brother! and thank you so much for the 2" crusher. I feel that it helped me a lot the past couple weeks with grippers. I actually did this attempt in between sets with the crusher.
