kodyburns Posted July 22, 2015 Share Posted July 22, 2015 Got 3 out of 4 reps 1st set. These 4 reps were 2nd set. 3rd and 4th set managed 3 reps each. Training CCS in hopes of some breakthroughs on the Rolling Thunder, 2.5 Crusher, and/or Vbar. When I certed the 3 back in 2012 my Rolling Thunder numbers spiked in the short time I trained for the cert. Never put any emphasis on it otherwise.
