Thank you guys !! Not sure they were legit lifts but gives me an idea of where I am and how I need to train. I definitely believe I can climb a little higher in time. I look forward to putting in some work. A brilliantly made piece of work. Great job Andrew !!

Sick weight! That should carry over well to the big horn... Usually when my vbar strength is up my anvil strength follows. Mine has dropped off rapidly since focusing on crush.

Wow! If this was your first time using it, it makes me think 375 could be within your reach! Maybe even 400?

Thanks for the support fellas ! Some of the 45s were under a hair and a couple were over. I like the feel of the lift but plays hell on my neck, shoulder, and back. I definitely have to be careful with it. Probly work some ISO's and holds for time off and on for awhile then max again in a few weeks.

The heavy one hand lifts can do that for sure. Take care!

We could always coat your V-bar with greese or soap. Kill the grip and save the back.

Nice lifting Kody

Looks like your crazy little big horn lifting carried over nicely to the 2" vbar

btw Kody, have you tried lifting the bar with your palm facing forward and elbow attached to your body? That helped me go a bit heavier, I saw Adam Glass also lifting it this way.
