108# 1 Hp And Double 2X20 Pinch

So last night was supposed to be squats (back and front) and grippers and we were limited on time. Grippers felt like complete crap so I decided to switch over to pinch.

I started with 1HP on the Euro and was able to work up to 100# LH (7# PR) and 108# RH (3# PR) (video below). Since my 1HP was feeling really awesome I decided to try a double 2x20kg pinch. Almost locked it out before my LH slipped, this was my best attempt of the night.

Oh boy.

Luke literally went from having his worst grip session in months, to having his best pinching session in months, in about 5 minutes.

Thanks Jon...I was really frustrated with grippers and glad I randomly decided to pinch!
