Jonathan McMillan
Hey all. Since I've been back to training I have been doing towel rollups and like the exercise but want to make it better. Right now I do them as Brookfield wrote on the floor with weight on the far end of the towel. I'd like to be able to do these like a regular wrist roller (ie. standing and ideally supported in my power rack) but wonder how to implement that? What material should I use in place of a towel? Some kind of nylon webbing or cordura? I want the benefit of the start of the exercise where the towel is thin so whatever material I use how would I support it in the rack and keep it thin at the beginning? I was thinking a narrow diameter steel rod in bearings in in pipe the same diameter as my rack pin holes? Jon@han
Andrew P
Maybe hook a tow strap up to a rod. Those are wide enough to fit your whole hand on.
