Tom Scibelli Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 I don't know what was going on today, but I shattered some RT PRs big time with my left hand. It has never been this far away from what I can do with my right hand. The only thing that could explain it is I've been doing sledge hammer rotations with my left hand only to relieve some low elbow soreness I've been having. Needless to say I will be doing the sledge rotations with my right hand from now on too! Anyway, I'm getting closer to my goal of the CTD numbers. I'm thinking about hosting a grip comp and the first part will be the CTD challenge and then TSG, 1HP, LCG handle or FBBC crusher, then a blob/inch medley--more to come on this. 11 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
