Brett H
Is it likely that a new manufacturer will replicate these? Not likely, at least as far as them being a Tetting gripper is concerned. I spoke with Warren a couple of weeks ago and he said his sons have no interest in keeping the business going. He stated one of his sons is a welder and makes good money and while I don't know the occupation of his other son, he is not interested in continuing the business either. If I lived in MN or Warren lived in FL, I would at least talk to him about the possibility of an apprenticeship and subsequent purchase of his business. Chuck Hench
Its really a shame. Has he considered selling the business?
kwakamoto
Yeah this is really bad news as training for a mash monster certification you would want to be able to train with replicas and have the opportunity to purchase them.
Justin Matney
There were no replicas until a few years ago.
Bill Piche
There were no replicas until a few years ago. Correct. People just had to train hard. There are enough people on the ladder that a person could ask what it felt like overall at each level. And, only Cannon Powerworks had permission to get them made through Warren by the way.
