I'd like to hear what others think.
acromegaman
Thanks for posting this. I missed half of it the first time because of a damn boxing match ran over 30 minutes.

Eric Roussin
The TV schedule for the remainder of the year can be found here: http://www.walunderground.com/tv-schedule A few grip guys seem to be participating in the 2015 series of events. Just this past weekend big Dave Labbe competed in a qualifier in West Virginia and he won the left hand super heavyweight division! He took second in the right. MikeMeador
Just ended up watching this the other night. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. It was just too fake for me, crowds being forced to cheer and clap for minutes at a time and bad acting (Devon). I wish someone would just come along and film a tournament, do some background stories of a few guys and just let them be natural. At this point I consider WAL a joke. Just my opinion I don't mean any offense. Edited May 25, 2015 by MikeMeador
EricMilfeld
It's a bit overproduced for my tastes as well , Mike.
MikeMeador
over produced. I like that! I just felt like I was watching an episode of Dallas rather than lets say, Mohegan style of an arm wrestling event. Mohegan was the best built filmed show I've seen, sure most would agree.
James Retarides
Mike, the reality or armwrestling was always a lot better than the fiction they project. Having been a part if the ESPN productions at Mohegan Sun and the Unifieds in 2004, I appreciate them a lot more than the current WAL or that atrocious Game of Arms show Edited May 26, 2015 by James Retarides
Eric Roussin
My favourite armwrestling shows are the World Wristwrestling Championships that aired on ABC's Wide World of Sports in the '70s. You can find clips of some of them on YouTube or on www.myarmtv.com . Rather than just showcasing the final matches (as was done for the 2014 WAL Championships), I'd rather see shows that focus on a single weight class. This way you can see a bit of the progression that gets pullers to the finals. We'll get to see this on the WAL episodes that will air later this summer.
