Justin Matney
This gripper has proven itself invaluable in my training progress. Big thanks to Warren Tetting and Matt Cannon for making these a reality. GHP block set. Tried TNS, but no dice. Not a good angle on the set or the close, but I needed practice documenting closes, as it has been about 2 years since I uploaded one. I'm still not where I used to be crush wise, but I am progressing at about the same rate as when I first started, if not a bit quicker. Going about things more wisely. When my body says "stop!", I stop. Currently doing grippers once a week. Seriously, I forgot how frustrating it is getting these things clearly on camera!
