Jones1874 Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 Seen videos of this on YouTube earlier, aswell as an arm wrestler using a piece of 2x4 with an eyebolt running through it so he could do static holds with a cable attachment. anyone tried it? just wondering what benefits / carryover you can get from doing this? FJM Posted March 1, 2015 Share Posted March 1, 2015 It is one form of training pinch. Not sure if it adds anything else than versatility to training.
