Rules for Inch Deadlift:

1. Inch must be scaled on video and weigh at least 170-lbs. In the case of stamped DB's only the weight stamp needs to be shown.

2. Chalk ONLY may be used. No other grip aids.
3. The Inch must be lifted as level as possible with only minor deviations from level, and must be level at the top of the lift.

4. Lifter must reach a point where the knees, hips and off-hand shoulder lock out in alignment with one another.

5. Inch Dumbbell does NOT have to be controlled to the floor.

6. The following techniques may be used: straddle position, grip neutral; straddle position, grip overhand; suitcase position.

Must first deadlift Inch Dumbbell

Rules for Block Weight Curl:

1. Blob/Block Weight must be scaled on video and weigh at least 50-lbs. In the case of stamped DB's only the weight stamp needs to be shown.

2. Blob must start on the floor, at a height even with the lifter's feet (or lower).

3. Lifter must grip the Blob with a pinch grip and deadlift it to lockout.

4. Once the Blob is Locked out, the curl can begin. Reasonable body English is acceptable, such as tilting the torso to the side or back, but the lower body may not be used to initiate the upward movement, like a Power Clean, or bent to get under the Blob, as in Squatting under it.

5. The Curl is complete when the Blob reaches head height and the lifter re-establishes his erect Deadlift Lockout position.

6. The Blob should be followed to the floor (hand in contact).

Thanks man. This feat was real hard to do. Blob curl is dangerous for biceps and fingers tendon. Before I saw how Jedd did this double feat I haven´t ever been able to do that curl. It was week ago.

Now I did 9 times this feat before it went good. All 8 attempts before that voting lift video was close or real close to succeed. Can I say, not too easy! :grin:
