David Mitti Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoejv3CNzEY# Figure I will put these in from time to time to assist with work towards the Inch. This is the most weight I've pulled with the axle at this weight. Nearest goal is 300lbs at 175. 4 Quote Goals CCS w/#2.5 @131# MM0 Cert w/#3 @143# Euro 2HP 200#

David Mitti Posted December 30, 2014 Author Posted December 30, 2014 That's a solid lift right there. Thanks for checking it out Jared! Really curious if I can get close too and eventually beat my numbers with grip at this weight. All my best lifts have been at a bodyweight of 195-200lbs. David Mitti Posted December 31, 2014 Author Posted December 31, 2014 (edited) Good job man! Where are you trying to get, in regard to both bodyweight and axle? Thanks bro. With bodyweight I think 170-175 is a good place for me. Much less and I really feel my strength suffers. As far as an axle goal.Hmm With Rico's mention of a double bodyweight lift,I might actually shoot for that. 350# Axle at 175# B.W. < would be very tough but I think it's possible with the right training.
