Jedd Johnson Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I can feel that I am getting very close to being able to perform two consecutive reps on the Inch Dumbbell without having to set it down and re-set my grip. This has been a very hard "feat" for me to accomplish. I have been working thick bar rows for over a year now and am just now feeling like I am knocking on its door. You'll see in the video, it kind of pauses there at the bottom of the movement and I am trying to pull it back up for that second rep. 4 Quote The GOLD STANDARD Feat in Plate Pinching: 2x45s Pinch Get Your Copy Here: How to Pinch 2x45s Ebook Diesel Crew Store: http://www.dieselcrew.com/store/shop
barbe705 Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 I would have sworn that there was a video of you doing rows with the inch from way back when. in smitty's garage? am I misremembering? Quote Brent Barbe "The truth is often stupid." Bender Bending Rodriguez
Jared Goguen Posted December 29, 2014 Posted December 29, 2014 It's impressive that you can do one. Consecutive rows would be an epic feat that will come. Quote My YouTube channel - grip, and shop projects.
Jedd Johnson Posted December 29, 2014 Author Posted December 29, 2014 Brent, if I did two reps without setting it down, I have totally forgotten, which is known to happen. I know that at this time, I just can't seem to reverse the momentum for the second rep. There definitely was a video of doing inch rows in Smitty's garage, but I don't recall the two consecutive reps. Very little carryover as far as strength from regular dumbbells to the inch, no matter how heavy you're going. Killer Work Jedd! I seen that hold at the bottom, almost there already! Yes, that was the first tie I was able to finally do it.
