Juha Lehtimäki Posted December 15, 2014 Author Posted December 15, 2014 Good work. I am going to try one imp red. How does it feel compared to two? Huge thanks all! Good luck to your attempt. A few months only double wraps bending (Iron Grip bars) so this feels painful. Quote
Frank Pizzo Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Great bend! 1 Quote "Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts." - Dan Gable
Mike Sharkey Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Really small group of people that can do that. Excellent technique as well. Crush looks like Wiggy. Like a bigger, stronger Wiggy. Congrats. 1 Quote
EJ Livesey Posted December 16, 2014 Posted December 16, 2014 Really small group of people that can do that. How true this is. I have bent some of the biggest and hardest steel, and this bend still kicks my ass any and every time I try. To this day, I still have no chance in hell of doing this bend. Lots of respect to anyone that does this. 3 Quote Junior steel bender in training The only limits are the ones YOU set. Maybe try a slightly easier bar first? thanks but EJ said he's never gotten one and he's bent some huge bars. I did an I or a J in one imp I can't recal which. It wasn't hard but a red is a lot harder than a I-J Quote
EJ Livesey Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 You should try it, Mark. Just because I can't do it, that shouldn't stop you. My issue is I can't find a comfortable spot to hold on and apply force. So my fingers twist in a weird way that shifts my bones too much. You never know until you try. Ivan Beritashvili Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 I must confess I also couldn't finish red nail in one IronMind pad in one bend. My best was two hits in reverse to 38 degress, then just nothing. Quote this body this body holding me feeling eternal all this pain is an illusion
Sean Cashman Posted December 17, 2014 Posted December 17, 2014 Incredible bend. This is much harder than you make it look! Very, very impressive! Much respect. 1 Quote
