Mikael Siversson
Could not figure out how to add the clip straight into the box on the first try. This is a feat I 'promised' Juha I would do and here it is. Did not plan to try it but my Axle workout was so bad I had to redeem myself somehow. How long did it take for you to succeed with this feat? Even monster hand RIKU KARU can't do this. all respect man!
Mikael Siversson
Thanks Juha Well it was the first time I ever tried it. After my regular workout I just thought I was going to give it a try and it went up rather easily so got my mobile phone camera. It was the same thing the first time I ever tried a blob of any kind, the 50lb one, which I also pulled numerous full deadlifts with (during the 2006 Oz championship). Wide pinching has always been my by far strongest area of grip so I don't seem to have to train for these feats specifically but I do train the Euro 1HP regularly and have done so for years and just about always at the widest setting. I will attempt a timed hold next workout if my pinch is on. Btw I maxed out in the 1HP Euro at 46.5k today before I did this. Frank Pizzo
Wow, that lift was strong, clean, under control, and best of all, it looked easy! That's some very ,very strong pinching!
Mikael Siversson
Thanks for your kind remarks everyone. I was surprised how easy it felt the first time (before I repeated it with a camera). I already knew however that my 1HP does not suffer that much with increasing width.
