Im gonna try it this upcoming week! Btw, brewtal forearms dude Yeah it's definitely not the strictest form .Ideally I'm working towards a vertical walk, lot of work ahead for sure. You'll notice too at the end the movement with the fingers shortens up alot, pretty smoked by this point.. Thanks for checking it and yeah give it a go, there alot of fun! jvance Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 NIce! a six pound sledge is a legit walk for this drill. I'm working toward doing it with my 8lb but still got a bit to go.
