Diy Pinch Tool And Training Usage

Sooo... tonight i was bored and already saw a helpful video on pinching by Brent Barbe. Inspired, i went down to the garage and put on some gloves (tender thumbs). And pulled... not much of a warmup or anything i did singles from 113 all the way to 153, which is PR territory with gloves on. Felt pretty good and thanks to Brent for breaking down the pinch, AGAIN (no matter how many times i get it explained and practice, i always get back to a point where i feel like i don't know what i'm doing). I won't link the video in case Brent doesn't want it in here but if ya want (Brent), you can link it - great explanation.

I made a quick video using one of the redneck pinch tools i made, doing a drill i used to do a bit (and got lazy and stopped). The device is easily replicated, For me the device is helpful because it helps me focus on squeezing the lats as i pinch and really focus the energy on technique.... nuff said here's the video:

this is a great video Brent. thanks. My 2hp technique needs improvement. definitely trying this out next pinch workout.
