Chops
Great grip tools are all around me at the shipyard! I found two large steel blocks @ 50#s each. I plan to blast and paint them to even the surface. I did some dragging with them as they are still glued to the floor for me. WOW, what a killer workout. This will be to supplement my gripper workouts. My question is... Are they too wide. One block is 5 X 5, the other is 4.5 X 4.5. My hands are 7.5" Wrists are a little soar, I chalk that up to being new stress. Can I do damage to thumbs or wrist with too wide of a grip. Thank for helping the newbie Todd
Tank Andrade
Thats around the right size but you could always grind some angles on one side kind of like a hex block might give you more versitality
Chops
Not a bad idea, might drop one to a more accessible weight as well.

Chops
Ha!! When I saw them, I thought, "my wife is really going to love seeing those in the basement!!". Also rounded up a couple short lengths of railroad track that are going to be fun to pinch, and a 2.75" s.s. shaft to maybe use as thickbar
