Andrew P
Any interest in me setting up a medley for fun after the main events like last year?
Frank Pizzo
I would love to try a medley for fun. I don't know what all was in last years but I assume blobs and inch dumbbells and the like seeing as you have a pretty extensive collection of both! I have an object or two I could bring if you want to round out difficulty levels with some slightly easier stuff.
Andrew P
Last year we did a blob medley with everything I had plus some of Kody's toys. off the top of my head I would throw in. ~25 block weights 53kg inch 64kg inch Thomas inch Monster bell 2.5" handle ~ 100lbs some Hammers stub pinch 60D nail and Grade 5 + whatever looks hard and fun

Yes, thanks to everyone involved and definitely Andrew's wife Katie. She was recording performances and converting data from other venues and entering numbers all day and probably all night too! That kind of tedious number crunching stuff makes my head spin lol! I also want to say it was an honor to compete with some of the best guys in grip sport on the planet! It was very cool to see you and Kody do some pretty crazy things all day long! Great contest, great events, and definitely a great bunch of people involved. Thanks again -Frank

Detroit Iron4
Thanks for another great event Andrew and Katie! Everyone had some great lifts and so much improvement just from the BBQ.....amazing. I agree with Frank, we got some good people in this area, fun time too.....even though I bombed that last event I was fine with it. My arms were wasted like never before by the time that last one came around (and for the next 4 days at work.) How did the medley go? Couldn't of done it if I wanted too by then...you had enough awesome stuff there that it could be a day by itself! Kody, lifting that anvil after what u did all day....wow. Frank...and others, thanks for taking pictures. See ya all next time.
Andrew P
I’m glad you had fun. It’s funny watching the pace of yourself and Frank’s progress. The medley was a blast. Dave flat out destroyed it. Frank made the grade 5 look like a straw despite us lifting all day. I did well enough to feel good going to Gripmas.
