Brad L
Those are really nice looking block weights. I wish someone in the US would produce them. Nice work getting the 20kg with both hands!
RTvG
Reps, holds and cleans! Nice! I have that triplet too. Lifted the 17kg immediately, the 20 followed short time later, the 25kg still remains unlifted....Just need to work harder at that!Congrats! How Do you train on them?I thought that Id Do holds, cleans, hand to hand toss and reps on my 17kg and attempts on my 20kg.
Jones1874
I've always been tempted to get some block weights, mainly to strengthen the thumb. I do have an adjustable RB with some thumb screws but I haven't give it much time. I've recently decided that One of my goals is to lift the baby inch, so I'm going to be doing a lot of thick bar work which will also hit the thumb. Not sure if I should look into getting a rolling thunder to set goals and track progress that way. Not to hijack the thread, but any feedback would be welcome. Thanks
jvance
Thickbar is never a bad way to train Alex! RT is always solid time invested
