Sam Scott
Wow. Can't imagine what kind of strength Pushka and Denis have! Consideration should be made towards moving Larratt out of #1 place in the rankings, since he never shows up to these kind of events. Eric Roussin
Devon earned the #1 ranking when he beat Andrey in June 2012. He's been wanting a supermatch with Denis for a long time, and the fans want to see this match too. But for whatever reason, promoters haven't been able to arrange this match yet. Andrey had a chance to pull Devon in a tournament setting at UAL 4 last August. Andrey was there, but for some reason chose not to pull. Devon will be at the WAL Chicago event, and probably the WAL Brooklyn and New Orleans events as well. He's not hiding.

Ivarboneless
The 6 round format is not necessarily the end all be all of armwrestling. When evaluating somebody like Michael Todd, one definitely has to ask whether being able to beat anyone in the world in a supermatch over X rounds warrants a #1 ranking even though it is questionable whether or not the athlete can win an international tournament. It may be the case that Michael has enough endurance or lock or whatever to also win tournaments (Crazy George), but if that's not the case, I personally couldn't rank him number 1.
