I noticed that you using sumo style, and wondered if you use that style for your regular deadlifts, or if you just use it for axle? Though, now that I think about it, it makes a heck of alot of sense why someone would decided to use sumo style for a thick bar.

Yeah slight sumo for axle Deads only!

The grip feels alot better this way.

More than 3 reps is cardio!

Seriously though I will be interested to see how different rep schemes affect your max, as I have had a hard time adding much weight to my own.

What was your best 1RM?

Was planning on a 5 hit but what the heck..lol

My best lift so far was 312#.

I had 322# up but couldn't lock it out...

So 322# is what my sights are set on for a short term goal..

Way to go mitti! Great thickbar strength

Man I gotta get a axle. Where did you get yours David? Black widow? Is it same specs as ironmind apollon axle? What's the weight?

Good work btw. It almost looks like you're pulling up with your biceps at lockout?
